TUTU TO THE WORLD!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been one month since we released Tutu’s Bible Stories. What a journey it has been, full of gratitude, surprises, and the kind of joy that reminds you why you started in the first place. To finally share with the world something that began as a tiny spark of an idea has been nothing short of a magical experience.

When I first considered hosting a launch party, I wouldn’t pretend that the cost and effort didn’t make me rethink it. “Couldn’t I just publish the series quietly and keep things simple?”
Well, yes…but then a stronger thought came right back:

“Special things deserve to be treated specially.”

And that was the beginning of a remarkable celebration, one that felt worthy of the beautiful future unfolding for Tutu’s Bible Stories.

The day itself was unforgettable.
Every detail carried meaning. Every moment felt like a small piece of history in the making.

• The children had the time of their lives, if the joy on their painted faces was anything to go by!

• Storytelling moments filled the room with wonder.

• Our invited guests shared heartfelt speeches that reminded us why stories matter, especially stories seeded with wisdom, culture, and faith.

What touched me most was seeing children connect so naturally with Tutu the Turtle, Eze, and Lulu. Characters who once lived only in my imagination now had little humans dancing around them, laughing at them, and asking for more. Those were the moments I realised: We didn’t just launch a book, we launched a journey.

To everyone who showed up, volunteered, encouraged, or sent love from afar, thank you. You helped create a day that will remain forever stamped on my heart.

This is only the beginning, and Tutu is truly going to the world.
